Prism Gas Systems I, L.P. and its subsidiaries are engaged in the business of providing midstream natural gas services, including gathering, processing and treating of natural gas,and treating, fractionation, and stabilization of natural gas liquids. The Partnership was formed with the goal of creating value for its customers through the installation, acquisition, and efficient operation of natural gas gathering and processing facilities.
Prism maintains ownerships interests in a strategic, integrated set of gathering and processing assets located in Central and East Texas, Northwest Louisiana and the Texas Gulf Coast. These assets include approximately 615 miles of gathering and transmission pipelines and a 285 million cubic feet a day natural gas processing plant with full fractionation capabilities of up to 14,500 barrels per day.
Prism's growth strategy has been to pursue complementary acquisitions and expansion projects that provide opportunities for integration, consolidation and improved operational efficiencies, as well as enhanced utilization.
