Mr. Adams was Manager of Business Development for UPFuels with responsibility for West Texas .  Mr. Adams was instrumental in the acquisition of Highlands Gas Corporation as well as numerous smaller acquisitions.  Prior to working in gathering and processing, Mr. Adams was in corporate development for Union Pacific Resources with responsibility for acquisitions analysis and project financing analysis.  In addition to his work with Union Pacific Resources, Mr. Adams worked with Agrico Chemical Company as a process engineer.
